SUSPENSION TRAINING
Suspension training is a great
way to train by suspending one
part of your body and  working
through a full range of motion to
work flexibility, strength, and
balance!  It really is a complete
workout because it works all
aspects of functionality and
core, and also become an
incredible cardio workout as
well.  It also works well with
people of all fitness levels,
whether you are a beginner or a
professional athlete!
In real life, our bodies move to
the side, backwards, forwards,
and diagonally, or multi planer.   
Since we move in many different
planes at the same time, it
makes sense to train our bodies
in that type of functional
movement.  Training in this way
brings a muscular balance to
your body, which increases
performance and helps you to
prevent injury.  Also, since you
are putting your body under
stress at the same time your
balance is challenged, your core
is constantly engaged, giving
your abdominals and back
muscles a great workout!

seconds.  It's portable, lightweight, great for traveling, and it can be hung over a door or attached to
