Welcome to
Today, there are so many different
ways to train that it can be a little
confusing!  Weight training, yoga,
Pilate's, running, suspension training,
c
ircuit training, stability balls, kettle
bells, resistance bands... The list goes
on and on!  When starting a workout
program, all of this
information can be
a little daunting and
prevent someone
from working out at all!
Most people just walk into a gym, sign
up for a long term contract (after they
put down a ridiculous "sign-up" fee),
and proceed to jump on the treadmill,
run for a while, head over to the
weights (if you're a guy), or the
exercise class room (if you're a girl)
and either pump out a few curls or
presses, some ab work, and then head
out, feeling pretty good that you started
a program.  You may be a little sore at
first , but that quickly ends.  Then, after
a few of these "workouts", you might
start asking questions from people who
look like they've been working out for a
while, or maybe even signing up for a
few training sessions with a "trainer"
whose main job is to sell you training
sessions, not to help you achieve your
fitness goals!  Sound familiar?

Well, the fact of the matter is, you will never achieve your goals by approaching
your workouts that way.  You see, your body is an amazing machine that adapts
quickly to however you work out  and whatever you eat.  In order to be successful,
you have to adapt, to workout smarter, and to eat smarter, no matter WHAT your
goals are!  

One size DOES NOT fit all!  I try to promote fitness by different means by always
including strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility in the workouts, as well as in life!

I am a AFTA/NASM certified trainer, a USTU/WTF certified Black Belt instructor,
TRX suspension certified and also a Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching Level 2 T
rainer.
 I am proof that varying, intense workouts are the only way to get a stronger,
flexible, and healthier body in a shorter amount of time!  I also have an incredible
passion for helping people to set their goals and to work hard towards achieving
them!

One of the definitions of "model"
means,
"a  standard  or  example  for  
imitation  or  comparison"
.  Since my
other job is as a model,
"haveamodelsbody.com" became a
play on words for my fitness website.  
Models, just like everyone else, come
in all shapes and sizes, and everyone
has an ideal, or "model" of want they
want to be.  
I want to be the one to help
YOU work towards getting YOUR
"model" body!
